hi everyone, I have seen a few bits and bobs on this but as i am handing this over to a mate of mine to do for me he asked if there was a detailed walk through of where to cut.
and someone also said that maybe the scirocco cover would fit and still allow for induction pipe
thanks in advance everyone

I don't think the TSi cover does fit.

I've seen one somewhere but don't think it was on this site. Probably a link from here though. Have you tried a Search?

Hi Steve. It's pretty intuitive. Just separate the cover into it's 2 parts, and start trimming it back based on pics you've seen off modified covers. I just followed the lines of the actual engine cover.
I cut mine back base on photos alone. For the top, cut it something like this, and then just make the lower section match. It will all make sense if you cut the top first.
