Hi as above i am fitting my sway bars tommorow and on H&Rs site it states no grease required with there new Urethane/Teflon composite. Could anyone confirm this or have any experience of not greasing them? Cheers. Heres H&Rs link to it http://www.hrsprings.com/products/sway-bars/

yes they reckon they don't need grease although i did put a smear of silicone grease on mine when I fitted them :happy2:

Nice one. No wasnt me pal im trying to keep it dry for doing all the work on tommorow! Nothing worse than a piss wrapped car to work on just hope the weathers not to bad tommorow!

No grease needed. Mine doesn't squeal at all !
