Do you mean the black plastic bumper and exhaust trim on the Mk5 GTI? Because unless VW production changed, it's all one piece.
I'm confused by what you're saying, guys. Pics?

The lower rear valance plastic bit splits from the painted part, if you are in the midlands area , I can sort it for you .
Orded mine from VW, about an hours work, lights out and wheels off is the easiest, to get the bumper off. Then you need to split the bumper parts and then reverse what you have done.
I have fitted my milltek exhaust and rear gti bumper, and it looks great :happy2:

Sorry should have maybe explained better, was meaning the plastic lower bit with the exhaust cut out, and the higher plastic bit that joins onto the painted bit.
dont know if that has made it sound more compicated than it is, lol.
was just looking at: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290388701918&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT
so was guessint the plastic bit was in 2 sections.

If you are aksing what I think you are asking then No. From the painted half downwards, it's all 1 piece. The "scalloped" section in the lower bumper (where the cut out for the exhaust are) are one piece with the rest of the surrounding plastic until it reaches the join at the painted section of the bumper half way up.
The R32 lower bumper part is the only one that splits into 2.

Looking at that ebay item, my guess would be it sticks or clips onto the original black plastic bumper, not a full carbon fibre replacement but I may be wrong!

^ That's exactly how I know it to be, hence my confusion.

^ That Goki component will only fit a Mk5 R32 rear part, unless you glue it on but who knows what that would look like.
