Hi all
would eibach pro line springs from a Tdi be ok for a Gti? i know the diesel weighs more so would the springs not compress on a gti as much as the Gti is lighter? thus not dropping the car as much as it should be.

Think they should be ok, i had them on my leon and it was the same for the tdi FR as it was for the petrol one

think the vRS diesel and petrol share the exact same suspension setup :happy2:

So am i right in thinking they will be fine fitted to my Gti? and they wont make it higher than it is already?
-
cant see why not. it is only about £100 or so for a set of eibach lowerin springs though

They'll be fine. The first Eibachs which were supplied for the GTI Mk5 were all packaged as TDI and I checked with both Eibach and Awesome at the time.
