Will these wheels fit my mk5 Gti?

18x8.5 et 35 with 215 40s

and

18x9.5 et 40 with 225 40s?

You need 225/40/18

The ET is quite low, some of the low dubbers might be more helpfull, but i think you will be pressing your luck. Also it depends on how low you are  :smiley:
