Title: fitting head lights

hopefully changing my head lights soon to the dark ones..been advised that the best way is to just take the rub stip out to get to the bottom bolt instead of removing the the whole bumper,do the rub strips pull out of the bumper ok with out breaking the clips

best bet is take the bumper of its quite straightforward. save risking it
