Title: Rear geometry setup.
Post by: nc35 on June 12, 2010, 11:12:00 pm
Hi All
Remember reading about a "softer" geometry setup for the rear.
Improves tyre & bearing wear, tyre noise etc at the slight expense of the sharp handling.
Anyone got the details. Going for a four wheel allignment this week and was tempted to ask for these settings.
Cheers.

I think there was a Technical Bulletin that came out for Skoda that had the correct setting. You can see them  here (http://www.octavia-vrs.com/cms/content/common-problems) (Guide by our own vRStu I think)
Otherwise there is a good thread on  here (http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=209628&highlight=alignment) at SeatCupra.Net.
Hope this helps.
