Title: ipod connection

i was just wondering if it possible to connect my ipod up to my cd player in my car.

Someone said the other day if it hasnt got 'mp3' above the cd slot then i have to get a newer edition.

is this right ?

You can get a dealer fit ipod kit for the rcd300 / 500 or go for an aftermarket kit from the likes of denison etc.  Doesn't matter if its the 'mp3' version or not  :smiley:

you can get the ipod adapter from vw that fits into your standard head unit only thing it does is disconnect your 6 disc cd changer if you have one
