Post by: BMX on June 19, 2010, 04:33:23 pm
since going into vw the other day for a diagnostic check the rns 510 screen scheme has gone from blue to red. anyone know why and how to change it back to blue?

Sounds like they have changed the display variant to sportline (which is the default for the RNS in a Golf GTI).

You will need VCDS to change it back.

Steve is right, sportsline is the correct display scheme for the R32 / GTi

ah ok , why do you think vw changed it?

they must have updated it or played with the settings

Maybe there was an rns fault and they thought it bestto change it? I'd go back and ask them to change it back.
