Hi ,
I am in urgent need for Schrick cams (holding up my build).
My sources say that the cams i need are not avilable until August 1st.
i need your help in finding suppliers that have schrick cams.
please help.

PM sent.

i think i located the last set in europe.
schrick themselves are in shortage and they haven't manufactured many of those.
but i found one in stock in germany.
now i have to pay whatever he charges :)
-
just an update, guy is extremly good and speedy.
charged me 857 euro's for the entire set ( + 200 euros shipping express).
looks like a real good guy to do business with.
-
out of interest is that 2 cams per engine?
I presume you need custom mapping to take full advantage ?
:happy2:
-
Still haven't got any info on these. Anyone tried them on a stage 3 or 4 car ? Any benefits afterall s compared to OEm GTI ones or S3 ones ?
-
those are two cams indeed.
you do need mapping to make use of them.
my engine is currently At APR USA and they are building a Stage 4 for me.
the problem is that Schrick is out of stock so i needed to find someone who do have them in stock.
i have got permission from APR to post for the first time exactly what stage 4 includes, but i will do it once i get some pics.
i'm flying to the US tommorow , and i'll be at APR wendsday and also attend Aterfest saturday.
updates will come in a dedicated thread when i get back.
