Cheers guys & gals - I picked the car up yesterday evening, its fantastic... a few niggles to resolve before i start modding... The previous owner left an open bag of foxes glacier mints in the glovebox... being the summer, these have melted to effectively ruin the glovebox - does anyone know if it is possible to replace the lining / just the drop down lid... Looking on ebay it appears the whole section of the dash needs replacing  :confused:

You can replace just the lid but its around £88

Hmm, is £88 the cost of the part from VW? I've seen quite a few on ebay, but they are the complete glovebox with the surrounding plastics... I've found quite a few guides on how to remove this entire section, but do you know of any guides to remove just the lid?
