Title: GIAC map lost after service

Just had an interval service on Eddie and car felt like the stock map had been uploaded. Plugged the GIAC map reader/changer thing into the port and nothing works. Just get a flashing red LED in the top right.

Car was left in PUMP mode for the service. Am I screwed?

Post by: gazbutS3 on July 15, 2010, 08:05:57 pm: sounds like the dealer did a software update which will wipe your map, like Mr PDT said, contact your GIAC dealer. Not sure how you stand if your not the original map purchaser though

Found the GIAC dealer, Star Performace in Kirkcaldy. Bloody 3 hour drive away, hopefully a simple upload will sort it, can't see it though.
