As title ,had the headlining replaced under warranty and the grease monkey has left black marks all over the headling (light colour)had a moan to the stealers about this but being cautious I'm not letting them touch it again as they damaged the sun visor which they replaced as well. :scared:

You should be able to get the marks out with a descent fabric cleaner. Duragloss do a good one that works well on all sorts of stains, including oil and grease.

I think it's very helpful to give some example product so even if I don't nessesarely buy that product I can compare others to it and that way get something similar that works. Adding to this I have not bought anything yet from Taryn and Jim (where's the free shipping to Finland :signLOL: ) but with their advices given to others, especially what product to get, I've had a very easy job to go to my dealer and tell him what I want.
IMO the links and suggestions are totally tasteful advertisement. No need to click the link if you dont want to cause they do offer the universal solution i.e. here "You should be able to get the marks out with a descent fabric cleaner."
Other traders might aswell offer some concrete solutions?
These are only my thoughts.

The forum is here for one sole reason, and that is to provide information and help for all its members. 99.9% of the time we all help each other out for free go out of our way for free, because we all at some point, inturn get help back for free.
All traders without Vag cars themselves want something back, for there assistance and advice which is advertizing, which is fine but unfortunately for them this has to be secondary to what we believe is best for our members in the long term.
I have no beef with you in fact i am very appreciative of the advice you guys give. But you still need to act and post within the guidlines set out for traders. I am not to bothered if a few individual members cant understand this, or if they and you dont agree with this, thems the rules. :happy2:

If thems the rules, then thems the rules. I just found it a bit odd (not to mention abrupt) that I've been "breaking the rules" for such a long time, and yet nothing has ever been said before.
Like I said though, you've made your point loud and clear and having been thoroughly reprimanded, I'll be sure to not misbehave again.
