Title: Replacing the standard aerial.
Post by: dajonic on July 22, 2010, 02:08:43 pm
I want to get rid of my standard aerial and replace it with the sat nav version as I have replaced the 300 with the rns 510. If i do that will I  still be able pick up the radio broadcast or not? I don't want one of those combi aerials with the sat nav fin and aerial sticking out the back as they look cack!

I found mine on German ebay,as it was a lot cheaper than getting a new one from a dealer.

Not too hard to fit, but I wanted to kill the guy who built my car and managed to wrap the aerial cable around the airbag making removal of the old one hard work
