Title: Shell Drivers' Club
Post by: stealthwolf on July 31, 2010, 10:29:06 am
I've so far managed to rack up 1700 points and still no vouchers. What am I doing wrong?

Personal details are correct. Selected money-off vouchers as reward. I thought 250 points = £2.50.

Is there some kind of date when they send the vouchers out?

They also talk about a quarterly newsletter or something, which I don't get either.

Mine is working fine. I've had £7.00 worth of vouchers so far  :happy2:. Log in & email them as i had a few problems at first but all is fixed now.  :happy2:

I'm the same, no matter how many times I've phoned or emailed them I cannot get them to understand I've not received any vouchers.

It's a very poor set up. Mine is set to accumulate Airmiles, but at the rate they're racking up I'll be unlikely to even get a flight to Paris!

Been a member for around a year and received a £5 off fuel voucher a couple of months ago...

I'm also still waiting to be upgraded to the vpower club, which is meant to happen if you use vpower a lot which I do

So not overly impressed

.
I've been a member since it started and get regular vouchers and a nice glossy magazine. The value of my vouchers has dropped considerably though. But I'd still buy V-Power as I think it's the best 99 RON petrol available and has additives.

I've said it before, but I have V-Power cards for Germany and France but the points don't get transferred and Shell's response is that they don't do it and without any reasons given. I wish my Godfather was still alive - He was very senior in Shell and I'd seek his influence.

I was also in the V-Power club, and also rarely received vouchers even thoughI use them a fair bit. I don't bother anymore, at least with Tesco I get my vouchers!!!

On a slightly different subject - has anyone heard the rumours that V power is going 100-101 Ron?

Has there ever been a scam going with the V-Power cards? Reason I ask is that I put £60 of V-Power in at Shell in Brighouse and realised at the counter that I didn't have my card on me. I asked if there was anyway the points could be put on afterwards, and the guy literally started laughing at me, and said "no chance". I didn't ask him to elaborate, but his reaction was bizarre!
