Title: Cheltenham VW?

Any good? Or not? My car is due a service and I'm thinking of trying Cheltenham as my local dealers are useless and Cheltenham is my next nearest.

i have no experience of servicing but i found the sales team incredibly frustrating and annoyingly corporate.  Gloucester vw have always been good with me.
