Title: Longlife oil for Petrol & Diesel

Noob question no doubt.

I have a 5l tub of VAG longlife oil (Quantum) on which the label states it is for all VAG petrol and diesel engines.

Is this correct as I was under the impression that oil for diseasel engines was different to petrol engines. :confused:

Yep that's correct all the current VW stuff is for both fuel types.

For older engines you can still buy separate oils.
