Good deal? Fair? Crap?

These guys don't negotiate so the price you pay is the price you see..

I'm sure you can get a lot more car for your money than that.
Silly question but have you looked on pistonheads?

From personal experience, I'd be a bit wary of Car Giant.

Went there previously to view a car, all looked fine and lovely online. When I went down there to see the car in person, I noticed they'd stuck a sticker on the speedo saying they cannot be held responsible if the speedo has been tampered with or readings incorrect etc, something along the lines of that anyway. It was also on one or two of the other cars that were there! Put me right off!

Yea, they're defo a bit dodgy and don't offer a lot of reassurance. I've got mates who've got great deals and perfect motors from them and a few who didn't find it so fruitful.   Caveat emptor with this lot!!

All car dealers put that, except VW who will guarantee the mileage. More car can be found your money, cargiant are definitely one to avoid. Read a couple of reviews which says enough.

Right, I see... I didn't know that... Just seemed funny it was only on a few 'selected' cars.

Their general customer service didn't seem great either, everyone and everything looked rushed, just didn't like the general feel of the place tbh.

Where they're really useful is that they give you keys to a car and let you examine it totally on your own for as long as you like. It's a great way to familiarise yourself with certain makes and models, how the seats fold, what they feel like etc... without some salesman observing your every move.
