Title: A bit of a clean
Post by: Boothy on August 19, 2010, 06:52:09 pm
The weather was warm, the sky was cloudy and it seemed like a nice day to give the motor a buff.

Striped it right back with Stardrops to get rid of all the old wax etc then a coat of Lusso Revitalising Creme and then a coat of AG Super Resin polish. I don't normally use this but after reading an article of Detailing World it appeared to be pretty good at removing swirl marks by hand. Once I'd done that I left it for a while and then went over it with Lusso Oro wax.

Plastics/rubbers were all treated with a mixture of AG products.

Looking nice mate, but the Super resin polish would have probably negated any benefits of using the revitalizing cream!

otherwise, good stuff! ;)

Well smart Boothy, like yours a lot. Tbh I think these wheels suit the red more than your previous multispokes  :happy2:

I agree. The current wheels look a lot better than the old multi spokes that I had, although I still liked the look. The old rims have gone to pastures new now anyway so its the last I'll be seeing of them.

Thanks for the complements from everyone too
