Title: Locking wheel bolts/nuts for use with spacers
Post by: andrewparker on August 20, 2010, 09:56:58 am
Hi guys, I need a bit of education on this.

I have just ordered some spacers for my wheels - 8mm for the front, and 10mm for the rear. As far as I am aware they do not come with longer bolts.

So my question is, what length bolts do I need, and what are the options for locking?

You need 8 mil longer bolts on the front and 10 mil longer at the back.

I would say 12 mil longer bolts and locks all round should suffice. I dont know if thewheelman is contacable on here, but he wil get you the correct bits if he is.  :happy2:

How long are the standard bolts?

I've bought the Forge hubcentric spacers. I've emailed Ben so hopefully he'll get back to me.
