How do you release the pipe connectors from the fuel filter? Is there a special trick??

You just press the clips in and then pull the pipes off.

Just in front of the rear drivers side wheel.

From memory it costs about £19 for a fuel filter.

When is this recommended to be changed as per standard servicing? Anyone know?

Recommended to be replaced every 40k miles...

Really? 40K? It looks easy to get off but whats the process? Is there a valve to stop the contents of the tank draining all over the floor?
