Title: Steering wheel help.

Im looking at getting a gti steering wheel for my tdi, i already have the air bag that i need to fit the wheel.

But what im wanting to know is, does the wheel have to come with a recluctor ring or anything like that?

Pic of the wheel below, i just dont want to buy something and then relise theres bits missing.
