mu gt28 kit is going on next weekend , im fitting it with some mates . we are all very cable of doing the swap but im wondering if there is anything im going to forget / need help with ? wiring with std dv set springs to mind , im driving the car off boost up to west tuning next tuesday which is about 40 mins away so thats not too much of a issue . new seals being fitted are
new injector seals
new downpipe / turbo gasket
new exhuast manifold gasket
new inlet manifold gasket
new exhuast manifold nuts
new turbo oil pipe seals (on order)
can you think of anything else ?

sounds great, but unfortunately i can't help, i have no experience with this.

Hey up bud,
Have you thought about the different locations of the oil and water lines? Don't forget the G12 Coolant, as I assume you will have to drop the Coolant level.
I replaced the KO3 on my old MK4 and made sure I had spare exhaust manifold studs and all coolant and oil line banjo union copper seals.
Have you got a good set of Stud/nut removers should you get a sheared/rounded one? Sounds like a good days work, hope it all goes well.

eek intercooler wont be here til monday . a whole 12 hours before it goes off for mapping !
