Sorry Ben, I've deleted that thread as it is no longer valid :happy2:
To the OP. I have this one for sale at the moment. Was an ultimate spec version, but it is being stripped down back to more or less stock this week.
DSG is the way to go and with mine you get the added benefit of a Quaife diff and REVO maps already installed. Also I'd leave on the lightweight Team Dynamics Pro race 1.2 alloys and TOYO R1R road legal track tyres and tyre pressure digital monitoring system on too.

A few to many mods for me, i would prefer a more standard one with DSG, thanks for the offer though its just that the nos thing puts me off, ps what is the difference between stage 1 and stage 2, cheers steve.

Basically stage 2 is tuned to an Edition 30 and stage 1 for the GTI.

I'm holding on to them till the car goes. Too good with the TOYO R1R's to put them back to stock until I have to

You sure? I was talking to Carl @ Revo and he said a stg1 DSG map was for a stg 1 mapped car and a stg 2 map was for a stg2 mapped car. Am aware I may stand corrected.

Think im going to go for a manual as may be better for track days.

My impreza is now on pistonheads, its the black hawk eye STI thats up at £ 12,995, so if anyone fancies a deal feel free to pm me, cheers steve.
