Waiting for a call back from them

They are good.. Bro in-law bought his TT new and used them from the off.. With the exception of warranty issues..

Came back with a quote of £200, made the first quote of £150 seem a good deal. VW said £200.
-
Surprising that.. I,m told they hammer VAG for servicing costs.. £50 is a good saving.

What's the repair?
-
Window regulator for the drivers side, part uswell but £200 is the same price as the dealer. Might go with the £150 now.

Nasir sorry I didn't get back to you mate been busy at work over past few days plus other stuff...been wanting to spend some time with the daughter before she goes back to school.
If you come round on Sunday if your available Ill get this spare door out and sort your dodgy door out mate, say £40 for the job and £10 for the parts...
about 11am if you can make it
Cheers

No worries Darren, I understand. That sounds like a plan but the regulator for a 2 door and 5 door are different. I double checked with VW parts. If I get the part (if required) £90 and £40 for the job?
If it turns out that it's not the regulator do VW accept returns?

I think they do on non special order items and also they don't take electrical items back but I have convinced them before to swap things :happy2:
