Title: strange!!!

Hi guys
any idea on this???
went to work this morning and noticed the temp gauge not moving as normal
it took ages to move about twice as long to get to mid gauge
the heater worked as normal
drove home and it (the gauge ) seemed to move as normal
 sticking thermostat??

Coolant temp sensor or sticking thermostat i'd assume mate?
