Title: area next to indicator spare

Ive noticed that next to my front indicators, (non xenon) there is an area which i believe has no bulb. can this be used for anything?

looking on here i think this area is utilised by xenon units for the sidelight bulb?

This would be a great place for a DRL on the golf....

is there a hole to allow for the fitment of anything?

Not sure - haven't checked tbh, but I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult to do.....you can be the first and write-up a how to!  :grin:

Im sure Bennylenny88 did this on his mk5, Been thinking at getting a spare light to try it on aswell.
