It does look the best when clean.
But when you spend 3 or 4 hours cleaning it and within a day or 2 it looks sh*tty again I kinda wish I had another colour!! :signLOL:

i gave my car a scrub last weekend. Used lime prime light which brought out the metallic flake. Then used  FK1000P. After fully curing, the car looks very shiny too - almost like cling film has been wrapped over it.

Black is a PITA to keep clean but as above, it's the most rewarding colour. Grey/silver doesn't look as bad when dirty but also doesn't look as good when clean IMO.

You're right. My black BMW looks amazing after a wash, then 2 days later it's dull again. The grey GTI on the other hand looks good after a wash then still looks good when it's time for it's next wash

Nice, got any more shots of the bootlid (further back) showing the red GTI badge. I got mine a few weeks ago and not fitted it as I'm not sure it wouldn't look chav.

This is the only other one I have. Isn't too clear but you get the idea. I don't think it's chavy at all. Mind you it loked nice with no badges when I removed the old silver GTI.
