I would like to send my blueflame down pipe via courier, however dont have a box large enough to send it in. Its a pretty long item, and I was thinking maybe wrap it up in a massive cotton dust sheet, and then tape it all up? Trouble is if a courier placed something really heavy on it, it could be potentially damaged! Anyone ever sent anything like this before or have any advice?

Just write Fragile on it :happy2:

Wrap it in bubble wrap with a layer or cardboard over that and then attack it with a roll of brown parcel tape.

i bought bubble wrap from a pound shop, then covered it in bin bags and sent it off with no issues

As it's a Downpipe it'll have a cat which will be ceramic. I would be wary of sending it without adequate protection.
I think you need some sort of box, perhaps two together??
