Title: Revsion D diverter valve

hi guys i have a 05 gti,think its on its original B version valve,car feels slow
how much would it cost to have it upgraded to the latest oem d version at a garage?im carp at doing anything mechanical :sad1:

The parts around £50 and you can get to it through the osf wheel well. If I'd known that before ihad mine done Iwould have done it myself. The parts held on with three bolts. Simples

Im doing mine today, bitch of a job! the lower to bolts are easy to undo, its the top bolt which is a p.i.t.a!

Other than that as above its just a wheel and arch lining off jobby

All i can say is lots of extentions and knuckle bits and abit of swearing and your done within 40 mins :happy2:

Replaced my my07 gti today. Got it off and found it was a rev c, with no visable damage or splitting. Replaced it with a rev d anyway as im planning on a s2 remap
