Title: My ED30 lives
Post by: gazbutS3 on September 17, 2010, 10:07:52 pm
Well somebody is driving it or a car wearing its plates, got a notice of intended prosecution today with photographic evidence from some traffic lights in London. From the pictures it hard to tell if its an ED30 but looks like its on R32 rims and its colour coded.
For those that don't know the car was written off 2 years ago and was a bit of a mess to say the least

Sounds fishy! I reckon the plates could have been cloned and put on one that's been stolen  :fighting: :fighting:

If the car was killed did you give the v5c in to the breakers yard or send it back to the dvla as that's what should have happened and should not be hearing anything about it

spoke to the DVLA yesterday and they have me down as the previous keeper and there are no registered keeper since, so they are probably just trying it on or seeing if I know who has it now. All letters have been written and wil be sent first thing 2 morra :happy2:

They are a bit special in south wales    best make sure the letter only used words of one syllable  :surprised: oh yeah and ask for written confirmation that they have made the changes to the details.
