Great!
Now the next question is whether this works with the iPad VGA adaptor so you can watch the movie from your iPad to a TV?

Won't be any need once iOS 4.2 comes out as they will no doubt add the airplay feature  :happy2:

Showing my age here but can someone enlighten me a little here please?

To go on holiday I downloaded a load of DVDs using handbrake and got them on the iPad, so how does this vlc work?

I've got the app on the iPad I've hooked it to my mac I've clicked on the apps tab in iTunes and scrolled down to vlc and clicked add. Clearly it's looking for files to add from the mac.

Sooo there's my question. What files? Do I fire in a DVD to my mac and ....? Help. What am I missing?

Just search for the files on your mac that you want to add (any video clip)

So if I've got a DVD and load it via the hard drive onto my hard disc I can select that video file without converting via handbrake to the iPad format?
