Confused, you after tyre dressing or wheels cleaner?
The tyre foam I was using was applied before any tyre dressing, so after cleaning the wheels with AG Clean Wheels I would spray it on and leave it while I washed the rest of the car, then I'd rinse it off before applying tyre dressing. It would basically remove any dirt and residue leaving a good clean surface to apply the dressing.
I'm using Bilberry and Chemical Guys New Trim Gel now, but can't find the AG Tyre Foam.

With you now!
In that case I just spray either the Bilberry or some APC on the tyres and aggitate with a soft brush, that usually does the trick! :happy2:

Cool, cheers Nathan.
The wheels looks fantastic on the car by the way - desperately needs lowering though, looks like it's on stilts!

I have a couple of tyre foams - Armoral and Autosmarts tyre dandy these are along the same line as AG tyre foam. they were going in the clearance section on the bay before the big crack down on aerosols comes along.

I use neat silicone, I work for a print company and we use gallons of the stuff, it's used to give the paper a shine in magazine.
Always works a treat and doesn't cost me a penny. All I do is give the tyres a good clean with soapy water before applying.

As above - APC and a good stiff brush will see them clean. Personally I found pressure washing enough to clean my tyres and then dress with something like megs endurance tyre gel applied with a brush to keep them looking good.

Stealth, you do know it's not advised to directly use the jet wash on your tyres don't you? :surprised:
-
I don't direct the jet at the tyres directly. They get cleaned when I snowfoam/wash the alloys/arches.
