Post by: smithyc1987 on September 25, 2010, 09:29:21 pm
Fitted my forge spacer valve today and like a total dick  :ashamed: overtightend one of the bolts and it snapped.
any ideas on what i can do to get it out with out stripping engine to remove the part. have tightend the other 2 bolts and at the moment all is working fine has not lost power and bov noise is awsome. no leaks or anything, would you guys just leave it as there is no current problems.

any input would be appreciated.  :signLOL:

if the bolt is snapped flush , take the part back of and if you can get a small drill in the space then drill the stud with a colbolt drill 1/8 normally then use these (http://www.screwfix.com/prods/20084/Van-Car-Accessories/Mechanics-Tools/Stud-Extractor-Set-8-Pc#)to get it out
