Im wanting to know if its possible to remove the 'kneepad' parts on the interior and if so how are they removed?
heres a pic of the area in question.
i know osir do a carbon part but not sure if they goes over the top of the original or if the original is removed and replaced by the carbon.

That bit is easily removed, you need to be careful not to break the retaining clips which are plastic, and its removed by prying it out with a trim removal tool (or very carefully with a flat headed screw driver and some protection)
-
so its not held in by any torx screws or anything, is it just two clips per side?
-
As far as I can remember, it is only clipped in place, but I had to remove half the centre console to get those bits loose enough to come out!
-
ive already got half out and sure the clips can be seen, will give it a bash
cheers for the information people

Pretty sure they clip out without screws, they mask off some torq screws for some of the rest of the trim on the center tunnel, one of mine is loose on the drivers side due to a broken clip so it cant be held in too firmly!
-
Can these be replaced wutg TT ones?
-
If you check the website you will see it says they are bonded onto the originals, you will also see that the actual part has been discontinued by Osir too
