Title: rear strut top mounts gone??

My car has developed a knock from the rear,i think its the strut top mounts?
Is there any way of testing to make sure it is these that have worn out as when ive looked at these, i cant see any way they would have movement when worn?? The car is fitted with AP coilovers!!

rear drop links or rear anti roll bar bushes is what it will be

Ive had them checked matt and its not them!?
