Title: Can someone just explain heating for me?

I believe there are 3 types...just understand of the other two

Aircon - obviously ice cold air via motor?

E-con?

and twin climate control?

This unit is aircon (or as it's called ECON) but without heated seats? am I correct. Head seats have the roller switches next to the number dispalys?

That's dual zone climate control.  And you're right with the heated seats - there should be a driver and passenger roller switch with 5 settings next to the temperature displays.

ECON is short for economy! If you press it, you won't be getting cold air any more. It turns off the compressor or pump for the air-con to save fuel. On newer models, the ECON button was replaced by an A/C button (air-con) to remove confusion  :happy2:
