Title: mark_eire's vRS

Sold my 3dr Gti and the wifes 5dr Golf TSI a few months ago, she's due a baby soon, so couldn't afford 2 new-ish cars.
Anyway, I bought a 2007 vRS tfsi which she now drives mostly (crazy I know) and I got myself a 2001 Golf Gti for work, I only drive a few miles everyday so it does the job!
The vRS has all the usual Irish spec, cruise, dual climate, maxidot, jumbo box, all elec windows etc,
On top of this it has, Xenon's with washers, front/rear parking sensors, variable boot space, 18'' Zenith's, mfd2 sat nav,
This is my second vRS after having a race blue tfsi last year, although I thought this time silver would be more subtle, with her being the main user of the car.
So far, I've put a pipercross panel filter in it and a TTS short shift, not going to go too wild as with a baby on the way, don't want it to be too harsh on the road!
I've some other thing's in the pipeline, all in good time! It need's to be lowered, so maybe some eibach or H&R springs on oem shocks for now, I had H&R cup kit on my last vRS but can't justify spending that much at the minute.

Awesome spec list, my vRS has only got a few of those options. Never seen the variable floor on a hatch, does it make much difference?

Looks really subtle in silver.  :happy2:

The variable boot is good, it was seemingly only an extra €75 when new! lol

Have done a few bit's to the car lately,
Got a Carbonio CAI fitted, also fitted a cupra R splitter and lamin-x yellow fogs,

looks really good Mark..love the splitter but i would say that :signLOL:
