Title: Hi Everyone back in a Golf in 2 weeks

Well guys just found the forum used to be a Tyresmoke man when I had my MKIV R32 but in 2 weeks I get my ED30 5 door Grey DSG.
Will see how long I can keep it standard but bet it will be less than a week as have already priced up Stage 2 with APS.
Also Black Edition CH's on cards.

If anyone is after a Touran in the meantime let me know

I remember reading the article in VW Driver about your Touran! Looked the biz with the wheels etc. Didn't you put a GTI steering wheel in it to?

GTI flat bottom steering wheel
Main bits though were KW V3 Suspension and R32 brakes

Brakes are coming off next week as I am putting them on the Edition 30.
So up to APS straight away and will get the Milltek at same time

I had to get permission from VW to use the R Logo on the seats as no body would do it.

Only new car I have owned that I made a profit on, had it 9mths and sold it for 23k

Just thinking back to the good old days.... had to go sensible for 2 years but back in a Golf now.

Great thing I have now is Ed, Nathan & Andy ex AmD who run APS are all good mates of mine (I look after there Home Entertainment) so tuning here I come

Yep still there but not a Naim dealer I'm afraid mate so can't do a deal.

Miss the R32 as it was an ace car but have to be practical now.

Have had 5 cars since the R but will be glad to be back in a golf again hope to pick it up next week.

Any other deals I can do (Mainly AV) let me know

Car is being dropped off at APS on Wednesday so they can swap the brakes for the R32 ones off my Touran :happy2:

Sort the brakes then more BHP :driver:

No I am going to leave them blue as I reckon that will suit the Grey car better and also if I put black CH's on later they will look good showing through the wheels.

I also have a 5 door grey edition 30 that I bought a few days before my 4 months tour! Has been sat not being driven and only has 1500 miles on the clock! I have a few new toys to be fitted to mine once I get home including new Jetex 3" system. We will have to meet up sometime in the future mate! Enjoy your new car!

You don't know how similar as she has said in 2/3 years she will have the Edition 30 and I can buy myself a Scirocco which I hope by then it will be an R20T :happy2:
