I had a Jetex system on a Mk2 gti i had, all them years ago.. Jetex is coming up cheaper than a Miltek Resonated, just wanted to know if any forum members have any feedback on them for a MK5 GTI
Thanks in advance :happy2:

ive had jetex systems on other cars and been impressed by them but never had 1 on a mk5 so cant realy comment
-
i personally think miltek is over rated. As long as Jetex provide a v.good warrantee id go for it
-
I had one on a Citroen years ago. Used to make TVR drivers look round! Loved it. It was a Jetex Laser, but I dunno if they do that one anymore.
-
I just find Jetex a little chavvy - both in the sound they make, and the clientel who use them!
ETTO though.

are you sure it was'nt Janspeed as Jetex as far as i can remember have always been the choice for people that wanted a performance exhaust without all the noise?

I had a Jetex Exhaust on my old V5 Beetle and it sounded awesome! They are based in Stratford and I had great service from them! :happy2:
-
As above on other cars but not on my mk5. No problem from them tho. :happy2:

There is a Magnex on eBay I was looking at.
I think Jetex are OK.
Trouble is Miltek, Blueflame and Pipewerx are becoming the exhausts to have.
Are they a lot cheaper?
Although Blueflame might be in trouble, not sure?
-
Jetex are good exhausts, marketed as the quieter performer, I have currently got one on my mk4 1.8t that we are testing
