I don't normally sell my OEM parts as I always like to return the car to stock for selling.
I don't think the gains to be had make it worthwhile unless you really need the space.

me either but i think the car has now gone too far to every put back to std

Probably right in your case mate it will cost an arm and a leg to get that back off, £70 for the cat back and id reccon about £100 for the springs shocks, although it will take some time to get a buyer i reccon.
Ive been tying to sell standard stuff form my 1.8t mk4 for a couple of months and ive not had any takers. Springs and shocks came of my car at 35k and 4 years old and ive not had a buyer at £60 yet

Maybe try about 50% of the new price - unless they are 'high demand' items such as Monza IIs.

....Words of wisdom! However, I need the space.

.... I know that feeling!
As T_T suggests, 50% of dealership retail (not el cheapo cheapest eBay!) subject to condition/wear. Add any shipping as extra. It's worked for me.
You have to be prepared to sit on it for a while though as standard parts are not so in demand.
I shan't be putting mine back to standard when I sell. I know I won't make as much money but I don't care.
