Ok so some quite extensive work this week on my ED30 which involved changing the broken slam and replacing the destroyed Xenon.
(Not by me BTW!)
While I was there I put a THS Intercooler on as it seemed silly not too while I was that deep!
But when I put everything back together today (I am slow and like to get things right, its still not) I took it for a test and the washer jet cover had fallen off.
Luckily it was in my road.
The two tabs with the 4 holes are slightly bent outwards which is causing this but I was thinking of putting a slight bit of heat from a heat gun and trying to bend them back otherwise its a trip to the dealers and paintshop.
Anybody else had to do anything like this or any more tips?

stick it back on with araldite resin glue or somthing simerler??

All done.
I pulled it together with a M3 caphead and nut though the top mount holes.
I then got the heat gun out, actually it was a gas soldering iron with the heat gun attachment on.
And gently gently applied heat to get it back.
Clipped it back on and doesn't look like it will come off again!
