does any body have a guide to take off the rear bumper on mk5 gti please

Helped me out, and didn't even damage mine, apart from one tiny crease, If you want to remove the top part there are a few more bits to take off, mainly in the rear wheel arches and also ones underneath the tail lights, (you may need to remove this to put the new one on, as the clips do not tend to go in, unless the top part is also removed. About an hour long job all in.
