Title: Question around firmware (VW RNS510)

This may seem like a stupid question.

I have a VW RNS510, works great and am really enjoying it. My unit has S/W Version 2680, and Map Version HDD 7074.

Having a quick read through, it looks if I could upgrade to S/W Version 2720, But what advantage would this give me? Is it for bug fixes, or just an update?

having tried both stock units with both them firmwares you honestly wouldn't see the difference.

Both units perform just has well has each other.

As Darren says you won't notice any difference.

As the saying goes if it's not broke don't fix it  :laugh:
