Title: Windscreen Wiper position

When the wipers are on intermit do they not go down to the park position?

I have also noticied that sometimes when I turn the wipers off the move up a little from the park position?

Is this normal?

All normal behaviour!! The reason why they occasionally move a little when they park is to prolong the life of the wipers by not having them always bent one way!
