Thanks

I think the part where it says WITHOUT power supplies and bulbs gives it away?

Also to comply with the LAW you need self levelling and washer  :happy2:

Im also a little confused as to why the seller seems to think you need different headlamp units for driving on the other side of the road, the xenon units have built in shutters for adjusting from left to right hand drive dispersal patterns so you don't even need stick on head lamp converters

LHD and RHD headlights aren't the same. They have different part numbers on etka

The thing is these are not OEM so they may not have the shutter to convert from LHD to RHD.

I wonder if thats down to the main beam dispersal pattern being set up differently??  otherwise it would seem pointless producing different units for LHD and RHD when they can simply be setup differently.  Im not saying your wrong by the way just find it odd.

And think Apollo is probably right, re-looking at the picture the projector seems to be diverted in one direction not straight ahead.

They are not Original VW items but just replacements for your standard lights and will use standard bulbs not xenon ones. The ones you linked to are over priced by the way.Found some for £337 Delivered.Been looking at a set for myself too.
Fitted projectors and HID kit to my mk4 and worked quite well.

If you look on ebay regularly, genuine xenons crop up every now and then for a similar price.

Someone mentioned in another post that they could get all the bits needed. We'd just need to get the OEM Xenon lamps.
