Thanks mate just the user I wanted to chat to, do you still have the lowering springs. I can't seem to post a reply  under the for sale thread nor can I find the pm button. About the car we had for over 3 years now, some pics to follow. Please pm me about the springs as I really want them.

Thanks

Nice wheels on the last pic, pitty you've sold them as they suit the car

What have you got to replace them with, I see you've got the blue glass too, that really stands out with the rain on it :happy2:
VW stopped this and changed to green after 2005 I think? Shame because I prefer it.....

Oh just learnt something new about the glass. Did not really notice that before tbh. One more when it was std form. I was running 18x10 ET30 Antera's at the rear but cant seem to find the pics. Looked fat but wife is a law abiding citizen and refused to drive the car with tyre stretch and the wheels did stick out  :stupid:

I bet you've got a brushed aluminium front ash tray cover and metal glove box handle too. Some didn't have an aerial as this was in the side / rear windows on the early cars and your brushed ali trim will be real, unlike the later cars which are plastic :happy2:

VW cut a few costs on the later cars and didn't include a lot of the options found as standard on the early models.

We have the metal glove box handle but not cover on the ashtray just open space really. Have not been in the newer models but loved the ED30 that interior is  :star:

Some with the 10J rears.........

I want to but rather get a few other bits done first, although someone said you could get a plastic bit that will cover it up, just not found one yet.
 Thanks for the comment.
