Title: How to remove rear seat bench / seats?

Hey folks,

Apologies if this has been asked before, but could anyone help with explaining how to remove the Rear Bench & Seats on a 3dr Golf GTI (MK5)?

I know the fronts are very easy, but the back looks like it *may* be slightly harder?

Would I be right in assuming the rear bench pulls out (pulling towards you standing in the front) but how do the seat-backs come out?
