Title: Excellent customer service @ Murray VW (Newton Abbot) Devon

Hi Folks,

Just wanted to share my recent excellent level of service i received at Murray VW in Devon.
I was after a set of red R32 floor mats but quickly discovered they were obsolete. Even TPS didnt have any old stock.
They checked their computer and said Murray VW in Devon had a set.
Gave them a call yesterday and spoke to Russell in the parts dept. He confirmed they had a set and he would post them to me. He even gave me discount on the mats :happy2:. He was very patient and friendly and answered loads of my questions, he couldnt do enough for me.
The mats arrived today in perfect condition! Absolutely chuffed with the level of service. Wished a certain Manchester dealership were just as good  :sad1:

People are quick to rant when they receive bad service but not so forthcoming when they get good/excellent service.

I cant comment on the dealership as a whole, but the Parts Department was spot on!

Ah same as ED30 but with R logo. For some reason I was expecting all red.

Its nice to see you can be so happy with a dealer for supplying you some mats.  :grin:

I reckon you would give them your wife if they could pull off a full service.  :laugh:

i use murry all the time Russ is a legend , im always going in looking for random items that arnt fitted to my car. I have cruise control fitted there and the even fitted a gti steering wheel while my old one was off.
