Do it CocoPops, it really is an easy job.  One tip, wear some goggles when doing the job.  Saves the sore eyes I now have!!

Please upload some decent quality sounds to compare non-res v res for us to hear. Gonna get to hear RR's non-res, but I still need res to compare it to.

....

Slightly deeper sound on the K04 than K03 turbo'd cars.

If you get any 'booming' when holding about 3,200 revs, stick with it because it'll mature out of it and sound even better. It can last several hundred miles.

Glad you are so pleased - They are a very 'civilised' exhaust imo.

The Exhaust was 2 months old when I bought it, and has done 1000 miles ish, I have not experienced any "droning or Booming" as yet.  But that may be down to my hearing, and 23 years of flying in Sea Kings, and operating around all types of aircraft during that time.

I used to have Sea Harriers hovering about 150 yards away from my office.  So the hearing is officially not what it was.

The exhaust is lovely, and I cannot get over the fit, i had to adjust the rear box slightly, on the slotted rear hanger (drivers side) about 1/8" inch.  And yes I am that type of perfectionist!  I measured the gaps with a set of calipers, and made sure it was the same all round.

First time i've heard a milltek non-res - sounds awesome :happy2:  How does the resonated one sound compared to that?  Does it pop/spit as much as that?
